Description

Araf was born in 29 february 1996. As it was a leap year and the date 29 february comes only in leap years thats why Araf has no choice but to wait for a leap year to come to celebrate his birthday.

Generally he has not much excitement about a new year and does not join in 31-st nighy party. But if the upcoming new year is a leap year then he becomes so excited about the year that he can not resist himself joining the 31st night party.

So,you know what the upcoming year is and today it's 31st december. You have to tell whether Araf will celebrate tonight or not.
